Tibetan Touch Lamps
These solid walnut blocks are controlled by touching the decorative Tibetan medallion on the top, cycling between low, medium, high, and off.
Each one is unique as these medallions were purchased at the Tashiling Handicraft Centre in Pokhara on my recent trip to Nepal. Tashiling Handicraft Centre is a community of small Tibetan traders, artists, and craftspeople who fled Tibet into neighboring Nepal during the 1950-51 annexation of Tibet by China. For more about
The lamp itself is 3” x 3” x 5”, with a 6’ braided nylon vintage-style cord, and includes the pictured bulb.
Select the style you want (based on the labeled medallions), though note that only one is available of each.
