Orders over $100 ship free

Shipping Methods & Order Processing Time

Most of the products ship within two business days of ordering as I put on the finishing touches based on your order, but a few are made from the "ground up" as each order is placed.  See each product page for more details product by product on "order processing" lead time.

To ship, I use USPS Priority Mail to give an expected 1-3 day delivery time, and I insure all packages.

Shipping charges are:

• $8 for orders up to $50

• $14 for orders under $100

• Free for orders over $100

International shipping can also be provided, but any import duties are the buyer's responsibility; please reach out for an estimate of shipping charges for international orders.

Easy Returns

If the piece does not meet your expectations, return for a refund of the product cost within 14 days. Credit will be issued once the product is received. If the return is due to an error in fulfillment or a broken piece, outbound shipping will be refunded, and an additional refund for standard return shipping cost will also be provided.

Please keep in mind that wood is an organic product with variations in coloration & grain piece to piece, and each product is handmade and configured to order.
